Managing Director
Jen ensures we stay on our toes and on the ball seeking out the last bit of potential in all of us. With over a decade of advertising and design experience, it’s no wonder there’s no task that Jen hasn’t tackled from operations to accounts to creative. Self-proclaimed caffeine addict, you’ll likely find her loitering in a bookstore or feng-shui'ing our office space in her spare time.
Deanne Torre
Director of Client Services
With a solid 20 years of advertising under her belt Deanne combines marketing savvy with a network arm that extends into the far reaches of the universe. Describing her as merely ‘resourceful’ is to underestimate her reach. Deanne takes multi-tasking to the next level, planning events, organizing press conferences, strategizing for media…and that’s all before lunch. On weekends you’ll find her at home watching re-runs of Sex and the City, disco-dancing in her living room with her husband and two little girls or hanging out with her citizen-soldier son, Marky.
Norman Lauron
Creative Director
If there’s one name on Guam that resonates with the advertising industry, its Norman Lauron. His work over the past decade has unwittingly impacted many of Guam’s residents. From 40-foot billboards to 40-column inch ads, if there’s a message that needs to be said, Norm’s creative formula hits the nail on the head. His deep aversion to black widows and orphans makes Norm the grand master of all things creative. Norm's recent obsession with Facebook is evidenced with a friend list nearing 300...and he just signed on yesterday.
THE BIGFISH TEAM
As our Managing Director, Jenevieve oversees operations and financial management of the firm and is supported by Administrative Assistant, ADIANI PASCUAL, and Finance Manager, SHARLENE DELTANG.
Norman leads our creative team as Creative Director. Graphic Designer, MATT WRIGHT, Production Manager/Designer, MARISOL DELIN, and Copywriter, DOINES GUEVARA, complement the team producing powerful creative solutions that’s always on target.
Deanne oversees the client services division working closely with Account Managers, JACKIE CRUZ and JUNE ARNAIZ to ensure our creative is on time and on budget.
